Decoratixium operates as an Australian digital studio supplying physical art prints and decorative wall displays.

By browsing this platform, creating an account, or placing an order for physical goods, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Regulatory Compliance & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Transactions conducted through Decoratixium are subject to applicable federal and state legislation, including:

The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), incorporating the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Customer Eligibility & Account Integrity

To engage in commercial transactions through Decoratixium, visitors must meet specific criteria:

Age Limit: Individuals must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity under Australian law to enter into binding commercial contracts.
Accuracy of Records: Users agree to supply complete, current, and true information—including legal names, delivery addresses, telephone numbers, and email details—during account registration or checkout.
Account Confidentiality: Account holders bear full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and restricting unwanted access to their personal devices.

3. Product Representation & Descriptions

Decoratixium takes extensive measures to ensure that physical artwork descriptions, frame dimensions, surface finishes, and visual displays accurately represent physical products.

However, visual renderings on digital screens depend on individual hardware screen calibrations, resolution capabilities, and colour profiles. Minor variations between digital display previews and physical wall art prints may occur and do not constitute manufacturing faults or incorrect item fulfillments.

All physical items remain subject to inventory availability. Decoratixium reserves the right to adjust product offerings, update pricing, or discontinue specific print editions without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms: Cash on Delivery (COD)

To support complete transparency, Decoratixium operates exclusively through Cash on Delivery (COD) for physical artwork dispatches across Australia.

Zero Digital Prepayments: No digital payment cards or advance internet transfers are processed through our website portal during checkout.
Doorstep Settlement: Total order values, as displayed on the final checkout screen and order confirmation invoice, are settled in full upon physical package arrival at your designated delivery address.
Valid Payment Handover: Delivery personnel reserve the right to retain custody of the physical consignment if settlement is not completed upon doorstep presentation.

5. Order Cancellation Clause

Decoratixium maintains a structured, clear policy regarding order modifications and cancellations prior to courier handover.

Eligible Cancellation Window: Customers retain the right to cancel an order free of charge only until the physical package has been dispatched.
Operational Processing Time: As outlined in our fulfillment standards, internal handling, frame inspection, packaging, and order preparation require 1 working day before courier collection occurs.
Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a pending order within this 1 working day window, customers must contact our customer support team via email or telephone during active operational hours.
Post-Dispatch Policy: Once an order completes its 1 working day packaging phase and leaves the Adelaide warehouse facility, cancellations are no longer possible. Received packages must instead follow our standard 30-day Return & Refund Policy upon arrival.

6. Shipping & Domestic Delivery Framework

Physical dispatches are managed strictly in alignment with our dedicated Shipping & Delivery Policy:

Geographic Limits: Physical dispatches are restricted exclusively to valid physical street addresses within Australia. International shipping is not offered.
Delivery Fees: Standard delivery across every Australian state and territory is provided completely free of charge.
Fulfillment Timeframes: Orders require 1 working day for internal packaging and handling, followed by 1 to 2 working days for freight transit. The total delivery duration stands at 2 to 3 working days from initial order placement.
Address Accuracy: Recipients must ensure that complete street addresses, postcodes, and contact phone numbers are submitted accurately. Decoratixium carries no liability for delivery disruptions resulting from incorrect address inputs.

7. Returns, Exchanges, & Bank Refund Transfers

Order returns, replacements, and payment reimbursements are governed under our Return & Refund Policy and supported by statutory protections under the Australian Consumer Law:

30-Day Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the physical delivery date.
Qualifying Conditions: Returns are accepted solely for items arriving damaged during transit or items that differ from original order specifications.
Free Doorstep Pickup: Accepted returns qualify for zero-cost courier collection scheduled at customer convenience. No restocking or handling fees are imposed.
Inspection Window: Returned goods undergo a mandatory 1 working day physical quality review upon arrival at our Adelaide studio.
Refund Method: Because transactions are settled via Cash on Delivery, accepted refunds are completed strictly via direct electronic bank transfer. Upon receipt of corroborated Australian bank details (BSB and Account Number), Decoratixium processes transfers within 1 business day. Banking institutions may take 9 to 10 business days to reflect the transferred funds.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital content, visuals, graphic designs, wall art prints, brand names, logos, typography, website code, and promotional assets available on the Decoratixium platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Decoratixium and its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the site for personal browsing and order placement. Content may not be reproduced, copied, modified, resold, distributed, or published without express prior written consent from Decoratixium.

9. Prohibited Conduct & Acceptable Platform Use

When interacting with the Decoratixium platform, users agree strictly to refrain from:

Engaging in unlawful activities or violating federal, state, or international laws.
Submitting false, deceptive, or fake address and identity records.
Attempting to disrupt, compromise, or bypass website security protocols, server integrity, or system networks.
Employing automated scraping tools, data extraction engines, or bots to mine content from our digital storefront.
Interfering with other visitors' lawful enjoyment and access to our services.

Decoratixium reserves the right to restrict access, suspend customer accounts, or cancel pending orders for individuals engaging in prohibited activities or failing to comply with these terms.

10. Digital Advertising & Tracking Consent

In accordance with digital advertising standards and Google Ads policies, Decoratixium uses third-party analytics and remarketing framework tools.

Tracking Mechanisms: Cookies and tracking tags are deployed to measure platform performance, evaluate site navigation, and display tailored advertisements on external networks based on past visits.

11. Limitation of Liability

Decoratixium shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, operational downtime, or business interruption, arising out of or connected to the use or inability to use our website or physical products.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Decoratixium's total liability for any claim shall be limited to the replacement of the ordered physical product or the re-supply of relevant services.

Decoratixium reserves full authority to update, revise, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changing operational practices, procedural requirements, or legislative updates. Revised terms take immediate effect upon being published to this page. Continued site usage following updates signifies acceptance of the revised framework.
